Thereby, creating an environmental landscape, serving the people in the long term future, with beautiful landscape architecture and being a symbolic work, a highlight of Phu Tho province bearing the cultural and historical imprints of the Hung King era, contributing to building Viet Tri city into a festival city returning to the origins of Vietnamese ethnic groups.
According to the document, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province assigned the People's Committee of Viet Tri city to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Construction and relevant agencies and units to organize a competition for planning and architectural plans for the construction of Hung Vuong Tower according to current regulations; report to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision before June 30, 2025.
When implemented, Hung Vuong Tower will be funded by the State Budget, socialized capital and other legally mobilized capital sources.
