Among the 10 land plots put up for auction, there are 4 plots belonging to plots No. 321, 322, 323 and 332 adjacent to the Trang Xa - Dan Tien inter-commune road, with a starting price determined at 2.95 million VND/m2.
The remaining six lots include plots 308, 309, 310, 316, 275 and 266 adjacent to the internal concrete road, with a starting price of 2.3 million VND/m2.
Each land plot has an area of 100m2, the price step is regulated at 50,000 VND/m2. Accordingly, the starting price of land plots ranges from 230 - 295 million VND/plot.
The deposit amount is equal to 50% of the starting price of each plot, corresponding to 115 - 147.5 million VND.
People who want to participate in the auction can see the actual location of the land plots from June 29 to the end of July 3, 2026 in the Min hamlet area, Dan Tien commune.
The time to sell and receive applications for auction participation is from June 23 to 5:00 PM on July 13, 2026 at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center and Dan Tien Commune General Service Center. The application purchase fee is 100,000 VND/application.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 9:00 AM on July 16, 2026 at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center. The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction using the up-pricing method.
According to the organizing unit, auction participants must fully meet the conditions according to the provisions of law, submit valid dossiers and fulfill financial obligations within the prescribed time limit.
