Lam Thao Commune People's Committee coordinates with National Joint Venture Auction Company Group to organize the auction of land use rights for 11 residential land plots on July 4, 2026, with a total starting price of more than 12.15 billion VND.
According to the auction notice, 11 land plots put up for auction belong to two areas, Dong Chau and Dong Nha Vam, with a total area of 1,325 m2, both rural residential land (ONT), with long-term use.
In Dong Chau area, there are 3 land plots with areas from 150 - 200 m2, starting price 6 million VND/m2. Specifically, plot No. 01 with an area of 200 m2, starting price 1.2 billion VND; plot No. 32 with an area of 150 m2, price 900 million VND; plot No. 33 with an area of 175 m2, price 1.05 billion VND.
Dong Nha Vam area has 8 land plots with an area of 100 m2/plot. Among them, plots LK1-05, LK1-06, LK1-07 and LK2-11 have a starting price of 12 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.2 billion VND/plot. Plots LK4-04, LK4-05, LK5-11 and LK5-12 have a starting price of 10.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.05 billion VND/plot.
According to the organizing unit, all land plots have completed the work of recovery, compensation, site clearance, infrastructure investment and conversion of land use purpose to residential land, meeting the conditions for organizing auctions according to legal regulations.
Time to sell and receive bids from 7:30 AM on June 17 to 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026 at the office of National Group Joint Venture Auction Company or the Economic Department of Lam Thao commune. Participants must submit valid applications and deposits within the prescribed time.
The deposit amount for each lot ranges from 180 - 240 million VND, depending on the starting price. This amount is deposited into the account of the National Group Joint Venture Auction Company at Agribank Lam Thao branch and must be notified before 4:30 PM on July 1, 2026.
The auction session is organized in the form of indirect voting, upward bidding method, with a price step of 100,000 VND/m2. The time to open bids to announce prices starts from 8:00 AM on July 4, 2026 at the hall of Lam Thao Commune People's Committee.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals who are eligible for land allocation by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and fully meet the conditions according to the Law on Property Auctions and related legal regulations.
