According to information from Vietnam Joint Venture Auction Company, Cao Bang Provincial Police will organize an online auction of a lot of assets including 100 motorbikes and two-wheeled vehicles of all kinds that are old, damaged and do not meet the conditions for registration and circulation.
All of these vehicles are sold in the form of scrap collection. According to the valuation dossier, the vehicles are all used, heavily damaged, unoperable, and the remaining quality ratio is below 10%.
The asset lot has a starting price of 70 million VND. The auction is organized online at 2:00 PM on July 3, 2026 on the auction system of VPA Company. Participants must deposit 14 million VND and purchase documents with a fee of 50,000 VND.
According to the approved asset handling plan, the above vehicles are exhibits of administrative violations that have been established for all-people ownership. The winning bidder is responsible for paying transportation and loading costs along with taxes and fees arising according to regulations.
In Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc Ward Police also announced the auction of 11 lots of assets that are exhibits of administrative violations such as electronics, headphones, clothes... confiscated and have been established for all people's ownership.
The starting price of the asset lots is 17.92 million VND. Auction participants must deposit 3.5 million VND, with a price step of 500,000 VND.
The auction is conducted online on the system of VPA Company. Organizations and individuals who need to participate can contact the auction unit to be guided on registration procedures.
The auction of exhibits and means of administrative violations confiscated is periodically implemented by functional agencies to handle assets in accordance with the law, while ensuring publicity and transparency in public asset management.
