Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company has just announced a plan to receive applications for buying social housing (rental units for sale) at the Ecohome 3 Residential Area project at plot B11-HH2 Bac Co Nhue - Chem Area, Bac Tu Liem District on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction (Phase 1).
The apartment price is 16.3 million VND/m2 (including VAT and no maintenance fee). Meanwhile, the rental price is 73,155 VND/month/m2 (including VAT).
Notably, not everyone can buy an apartment in this project. Accordingly, the registered subjects are customers renting social housing at the Ecohome 3 Project in Dong Ngac Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City.
The time to receive documents is from June 10 to July 10, 2025 (including Saturday and Sunday). In which, the time to collect documents in the morning is from 8:30 to 11:30, in the afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30.
The Ecohome 3 project is invested by the Capital Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, with a total of 1,456 apartments. Of which, the number of social housing units for sale is 1,008, the number of commercial apartments is 181 units. The rest are social housing for rent. Thus, there will be 157 more rental apartments for sale in the coming time.
Another project that is also receiving applications to buy a rental house for sale is CT2A social housing building in Thach Ban residential area (Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district).
In this project, at the end of last year, 82 social housing units were also transferred for sale after 5 years of lease. However, only 77 customers have signed home purchase contracts. Therefore, the project opened for sale the remaining 5 apartments.
The price announced by the investor is 12.2 million VND/m2 (including VAT and no maintenance costs). The rental price of the apartment is 40,000 VND/m2/month (including VAT). The time to receive documents is until July 15. The subjects are registered with customers who have rented social housing for 5 years in projects before being eligible to submit home purchase documents.
