Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision on other support levels for projects invested by Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group in Dak R'lap district.
Accordingly, assets, crops, and livestock within the on-site resettlement land area will be supported for dismantling and relocation at the compensation level.
Households receiving benefits for war invalids, martyrs, those with revolutionary contributions, poor households, elderly and single households, those who have to relocate or have over 30% of their agricultural land reclaimed. In addition to the prescribed support, they will also receive additional support of 4-6 million VND depending on each case.
Households and individuals with certificates of poor households, elderly and single households will receive support of 3 million VND/household.
In case there are many people in a household who are eligible for one of the above support levels, only the highest level will be counted once.
Issue health insurance cards for free medical examination and treatment for 36 months to people past working age who are subject to land acquisition and must relocate but have not yet enjoyed preferential policies on medical examination and treatment according to regulations.
Dak Nong also supports houses, housing, construction works attached to land, crops, and livestock on land that are not eligible for compensation. Depending on each case, the support rate is different, from 30 - 100% of the compensation price.
