Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee has just issued 3 decisions on the revocation of land use right certificates of 3 households in the commune.
Accordingly, the land use right certificate of Mr. Kieu Van Trap issued by Quoc Oai District People's Committee on November 16, 1991 was revoked for land plot No. 67, map sheet No. 1, area 318m2 (certificate number A 997548, number in the land use right certificate issuance book 01608).
Revoking the land use right certificate of Mr. Tu Van Luc issued by Quoc Oai District People's Committee on November 16, 1991 for land plot No. 135, map sheet No. 1, area 244m2 (certificate number A997575, number in the land use right certificate issuance book 01635).
Revoking the land use right certificate of Mr. Do Dinh Thuc and Ms. Do Thi Luy households issued by Quoc Oai District People's Committee on November 29, 2006 for land plot No. 176, map sheet 02, area 140m2 belonging to Bai Noi village (certificate No. AG 742395; number in the land use right certificate issuance book 0196).
The reason for the revocation given by Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee is that the issued certificate is not in accordance with the provisions of law, and falls under the case of revocation according to Point d, Clause 2, Article 152 of the 2024 Land Law (the certificate has not been issued for the wrong purpose of land use).
Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department to publicly list this decision at the headquarters of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee and the common residence of the residential community where the land plot is recovered.
At the same time, guide citizens to complete dossiers and prepare dossiers for issuing certificates after recovery according to regulations; prepare dossiers and submit them to the Commune People's Committee for issuance of certificates to land users according to regulations; hand over certificates to the Branch of the Land Registration Office for management according to regulations.
Request the Branch of the Land Registration Office to manage certificates in accordance with regulations; update and adjust cadastral records, land databases; make a list of revoked certificates and send them to the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment for public announcement on the electronic information page.
