On June 30, Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) had information about the Linh Nam Primary School project and the project to build a road to Linh Nam Primary School.
According to Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee, these are two important projects, contributing to meeting the learning needs of children in the area, improving traffic conditions, urban embellishment and promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
In the process of project implementation, it has received the consensus of the people on the implementation of projects for the common benefit of the community.
By June 29, 419 households and individuals had agreed and complied with the policy of land recovery and handover of land to implement the project on schedule.
However, there is still 1 case of households that have not complied with the land acquisition decision despite being propagated, mobilized, dialogued and resolved according to the provisions of law.
To ensure the project is completed on schedule and the school is put into operation soon, on the afternoon of June 30, Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee organized land acquisition enforcement for cases that did not comply with the land acquisition decision to implement the project to build a road to Linh Nam Elementary School.
Before organizing coercion, Vinh Hung ward has repeatedly organized propaganda, mobilization, and direct dialogue with households; publicly announced compensation and support plans, answered petitions and created conditions for people to voluntarily comply with land acquisition decisions.
However, after many mobilizations, the household still did not hand over the land according to regulations, so functional agencies carried out coercion in accordance with the law.
The organization of land recovery enforcement this time contributes to removing bottlenecks in site clearance, creating conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, soon put the project into use, meet the learning needs of students and contribute to completing the transportation infrastructure and education infrastructure system in Vinh Hung ward in the coming time.
