Dong Nai - The Cai Riverside road project, Tran Bien ward section, will recover land from 430 households and 4 organizations with an area of more than 16 hectares.

On January 5, according to information from the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Bien Hoa branch, the Cai riverside road project section passing through Tran Bien ward must implement land clearance and recovery of 430 households and 4 organizations with an area of more than 16 hectares, of which 234 households were completely cleared.

To date, 75 households have handed over the project site section passing through Tran Bien ward with an area of more than 5.6 hectares, reaching more than 35% of the total area to be recovered.

The Cai Riverside road project has its starting point from Ha Huy Giap road in Tran Bien ward to the end of the route adjacent to Tran Quoc Toan road in Tam Hiep ward, with a total length of 4.6 km, total investment of 3,960 billion VND. This is a key project of Dong Nai province, of important significance in promoting socio-economic development and creating urban development space.

Previously, at the end of 2023, two main packages of the project were implemented, including: Construction package No. 10 - construction of 5 bridges on the route and access roads at both ends of the bridge; Construction package No. 20 - construction and installation of items to relocate high-voltage and medium-voltage power lines, transformer stations and lighting.

Leaders of Tran Bien ward proposed to prioritize focusing on site clearance for the Cai Riverside Road Project to soon synchronously implement the project in early 2026.

Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province, after merging Buu Long, Quang Vinh, Trung Dung, Thong Nhat, Hiep Hoa and An Binh wards from July 1st, is considered one of the "super wards" of the country with a population of about 200,000 people.
