The Linh Nam road upgrade and expansion project has a total length of about 3.4km, starting point at the Linh Nam road intersection, ending point at the Nguyen Khoai dike intersection.
The total area of land recovered for project implementation is about 98,345.94 m2, related to about 793 households, individuals and 34 organizations in 5 wards.
In Vinh Hung ward, the length of the route is about 2.2km (odd rows), of which about 1.9km coincides with the Ring Road 2.5 project (section from Vinh Hung street to Ring Road 3 intersection).
To implement the project, the government will have to recover land from 253 households, individuals and 10 organizations.


Identifying this as an important political task, over the past time, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Vinh Hung ward has focused on directing the determination to complete the Linh Nam Road Upgrade and Expansion project to ensure progress.
Thanks to doing a good job of propaganda and mobilization, up to now, the site clearance for the Linh Nam road upgrade and expansion project (including the section belonging to Ring Road 2.5 project) has achieved many positive results.
Accordingly, 7/10 organizations have completed site clearance work; 2 organizations are working with the ward on land handover plans; the remaining land plot has been confirmed for origin, and a draft plan is being developed for public disclosure.
For land of 253 households and individuals: 200/253 households have issued decisions approving compensation, support and resettlement plans and paid money (194 households have received money and handed over land; 6 households have not received money and handed over land).
There are 53 households that have not issued Decisions approving plans (of which 45 households are approving plans; 1 household is adjusting the origin of land to approve plans; for the remaining 7 households, the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board has submitted to the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department to sign a draft plan for resettlement draw and approval of plans.
Up to now, Vinh Hung ward is still closely following the progress of site clearance as required by the City Party Committee and Hanoi City People's Committee for the Ring Road 2.5 project.


Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) said that for 6 households that have not complied with the handover of land, from now until March 30, the government will continue to propagate and mobilize compliance with the State's road construction policy, comply with receiving money, and hand over land according to the approved plan.
Leaders of Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee affirmed that all opinions and recommendations of people related to compensation, support, and resettlement work are listened to, received and answered publicly and transparently by the local government, ensuring maximum benefits for people whose land is recovered in accordance with regulations.


According to the plan, by March 30, if households do not comply with receiving money and handing over land, the government will organize land recovery enforcement according to regulations, ensuring the completion of land recovery and handover of land for the Ring Road 2.5 project on March 31 according to the direction of the City Party Committee and Hanoi City People's Committee.
Regarding the cases that have handed over the site, leaders of Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee said that the construction unit is urgently proceeding with demolition to deploy the 2.5 Ring Road project according to the set schedule.
