After studying, the Ministry of Construction would like to answer as follows:

The Ministry of Construction is studying and drafting the content of the Decree detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Construction Law on management of construction activities.

In which, the content of regulations on procedures for issuing construction permits will be specifically regulated in a chapter of the Decree.

It is expected that the Decree will be promulgated and take effect from July 1, 2026, in line with the effective date of the Construction Law.
