The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued decisions on the establishment of a working group to evaluate the implementation registration documents of the two projects and a decision on approving the invitation for interest for the Tien Duong 1 Social Housing Construction Investment Project and the Tien Duong 2 Social Housing Construction Investment Project (Tien Duong Commune, Dong Anh District).
The working group reviewed the implementation registration documents of the two projects with the leaders of the Department of Construction as team leaders, with members being leaders of the Department of Finance and the Tax Department of Region I.
The working group is responsible for helping the City People's Committee to accelerate the evaluation of the application for registration of 2 projects to build Tien Duong 1 social housing area and Tien Duong 2 social housing area. At the same time, perform other tasks under the direction of the Chairman of the City People's Committee.
Members evaluate projects based on their registered records on the national bidding network. The Department of Construction is responsible for summarizing the results of evaluation and submitting to the City People's Committee deciding the form of investor selection. The part -time working group will be dissolved by themselves when completing the task.
For the invitation to pay attention to the investment project to build Tien Duong 1, Tien Duong 2 social housing area, the Department of Construction will organize the translation of the decision content and the invitation documents from Vietnamese to English if they need to invite international interest. At the same time, determine the time for receiving the project registration dossier and posting information on the national bidding network.
The city websites will post information on the electronic communication portal. The working group is responsible for organizing the evaluation of registration, submission, approval and publicization of results, organizing the selection of investors. The funding for this work will be arranged from the city budget and report the results to the City People's Committee.
