On May 31, Tuyen Quang Province Property Auction Service Center organized an auction of 111 land lots in Tuyen Quang City.
The center has sold 1,153 auction documents, collected 1,040 registration forms and 1,035 bidding forms.
As a result, 103 plots of land were sold, 8 plots of land did not have enough people to register for auction according to regulations.
103 plots of land have a starting price of over 227 billion 454 million VND. The total amount of auction revenue is over 336 billion 352 million VND, a difference of more than 108 billion VND compared to the starting price.
The plot of land with the highest bid of more than 45.8 million VND/m2 in residential area of Group 13, Tan Ha Ward (Tuyen Quang City) has a starting price of over 4.7 billion VND, the winning price is over 8.5 billion VND.
The auctioned plots are located in four areas: Residential area of group 13, Tan Ha ward (12 plots); Tan Phat residential area, Y La ward (22 plots); Residential area of village 6, Luong Vuong commune (4 plots); and Residential area of hamlet 14, Kim Phu commune (73 plots).
