According to the denunciation, at around 8:00 a.m. on May 23, this person went to the Party Committee and People's Committee of Ward 3 to confirm the documents but could not meet the Party Committee leaders. At 10:00 and 1:40 p.m. the same day, this person returned but still did not meet anyone. After that, this person met a security guard of Ward 3 People's Committee, and was told that "The Party Committee and Ward People's Committee leaders have traveled all the time to Phu Quoc".
Regarding the incident, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee of Ward 3 - has reported the explanation of the incident. Accordingly, over the past time, ward officials who consulted the leadership of the Party Committee and the People's Committee to take leave for a sixth working day (May 23, 2025) to go together in the same tourist destination in Phu Quoc (the time from 23-25, on Friday to Sunday).
