Phu Tho starts construction of social housing project worth 355 billion VND

    Phu Tho - May 19, CMH Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project at the unit's land in Thanh Mieu ward.

    The project has a land use scale of more than 3,800m2 with a total estimated investment of over 355 billion VND. The scale of construction of 1 social housing building includes 2 basements, 15 above-ground floors, green trees and a synchronously invested technical infrastructure system.

    It is expected that the project will be completed in 2027 with 221 social housing units, meeting the needs of nearly 1,000 households.
