On August 12, Pham Ngu Lao Commune People's Committee organized a conference to deploy site clearance (GPMB) for the Bac Son 1 Industrial Cluster and Bac Son 2 Industrial Cluster projects.
At the conference, delegates were approved by the decisions of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of Bac Son 1 Industrial Cluster and Bac Son 2 Industrial Cluster. Accordingly, the total scale of the two industrial clusters is about 150 ha, of which each cluster has an area of about 75 ha.
The technical infrastructure construction investment project is invested by ECOBA Hung Yen Industrial Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company. The total estimated investment of each cluster is about 928 billion VND, of which the investor's contributed capital is 250 billion VND, loans and mobilized capital are 678 billion VND.
After going into operation, Bac Son 1 and Bac Son 2 Industrial Clusters are oriented to develop light industry, food production and processing, textiles, footwear, furniture, production of electronic components, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, cosmetics; processing agricultural and forestry products, beverage production; mechanical engineering, automobile supporting industry, digital technology, automation and some industries and services directly serving industrial production and handicrafts.
The conference also deployed the plan to implement site clearance for the project. Delegates focused on exchanging information on the progress and order of implementation of site clearance steps, propaganda and mobilization of people; reviewing and determining the origin of land, inventorying assets on land and implementing compensation and support policies according to regulations.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Van Thuan - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, requested specialized departments and villages with land acquisition areas to closely coordinate and proactively implement tasks according to the plan, implement publicity, transparency, and in accordance with regulations throughout the site clearance process.
Mr. Hoang Van Thuan also emphasized the need to strengthen propaganda and mobilization to help people understand the policy, objectives and significance of the project, thereby creating consensus and contributing to ensuring implementation progress.
