Gia Loc Commune People's Committee, Hai Phong City has just organized a conference to deploy the plan, disseminate regulations and receive opinions from households and individuals with land and assets on land within the scope of the project to invest in building a new residential development area and services in the Northeast of Gia Loc town (old).
The project is implemented in Gia Loc commune with a total area of about 34.67ha. The project is bordered to the North by the road to Haivina Co., Ltd., bordered to the South by Hoi Xuyen village, bordered to the East by the National Highway 37 bypass and bordered to the West by the current National Highway 37.
According to the approved plan, the project will invest in synchronous transportation systems, water supply and drainage, lighting, green trees, parks, regulating lakes, parking lots and technical infrastructure and public works.
At the same time, the project will build a townhouse, villa, 18-story mixed-use commercial housing area combined with services, commerce, offices and apartments, along with educational works to serve the needs of the residential area in the future.
The total estimated investment of the project is over 2,000 billion VND, of which the cost of compensation, support and site clearance is over 406 billion VND. The operating time of the project is 20 years from the date of land allocation or land lease according to regulations; the expected site clearance time is 12 months and the construction time is 36 months.

Specialized agencies have disseminated land recovery plans, inventory procedures, identification of land origin, assets on land and compensation, support, and resettlement policies according to the provisions of law. Many opinions and recommendations of households have been received and answered.
Leaders of Gia Loc Commune People's Committee requested households and individuals with land within the project area to actively coordinate with functional agencies in the process of inventorying and verifying the origin of land and assets on land; and at the same time comply with regulations on compensation, support and site clearance to ensure project implementation progress.
The Gia Loc town Northeast new residential and service development area project is identified as one of the key projects in the area, contributing to urban embellishment, completing technical infrastructure, improving the quality of life of people and creating motivation to promote socio-economic development of the locality in the coming time.
