Implementation procedures:
Step 1: The user of agricultural land submits the application at the Public Administration Service Center or the Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office.
When submitting the application, the dossier submitter can choose to submit a copy of the document and present the original to the dossier receiving officer for inspection, comparison or submit the original document or submit a certified or certified copy of the document according to the provisions of the law on notarization and certification. In case of submitting the application online, the application must be digitized from the original or a certified copy of the document
In case the Public Administration Service Center receives the dossier, the dossier shall be transferred to the Land Registration Office, Branch of the Land Registration Office.
Step 2: The Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office is responsible for:
- Check the documents.
- Confirm the period of continued land use in the issued Certificate or newly issued Certificate if the land user has a need.
- Update and edit land databases and cadastral records.
- Award the Certificate or send it to the dossier receiving agency to give to the granted person.

a) Submit directly to the Public Administration Service Center or the Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office.
b) Submit via public postal service.
c) Submit online on the Public Service Portal.

No more than 07 working days. For mountainous communes, border areas; islands; areas with difficult socio-economic conditions; areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, the implementation period will be increased by no more than 10 days compared to the total implementation period of this procedure.
