The Ring Road 2 construction investment project has a total investment of over 7,000 billion VND from the city budget.
The project's site clearance area is nearly 113 hectares, reclaiming land from nearly 1,650 households and 30 organizations.
The section through Hung Dao ward has a total recovered land area of nearly 60 hectares related to 1,001 organizations, households, and individuals.
By December 2, the locality had cleared about 55 hectares of land. At the same time, 100% of the land origin determination work has been completed; 12 decisions have been issued approving compensation and support plans with a total amount of more than 481.9 billion VND, and 43 hectares of clean land have been handed over to the investor.
According to the People's Committee of Hung Dao Ward, on December 14, 4 households using land in Hai Lam Street voluntarily dismantled their family's constructions to hand over the site, contributing to ensuring the project's progress.
Previously, the People's Committee of Hung Dao Ward carried out land recovery procedures for 5 households in Hai Lam Street and 3 households using land in the area of 17 kiosks of Hai Phong High-Tech Agricultural Joint Stock Company. At the same time, the locality continues to mobilize relevant organizations and individuals to coordinate in handing over the site to serve the project.
