Previously, at 3:00 p.m. on December 9, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of the ward inspected and discovered the case of Mr. Dang Van Ph and Ms. Doan Thi Ph (residing in Quang Thanh 1 Residential Group) arbitrarily constructing the foundation of the project with reinforced concrete, with an area of 263 m2 on agricultural land of Quang Thanh 1 and 2 residential groups.
Immediately after the discovery, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of the ward drew up a working record and issued a notice requesting an immediate stop of construction of the violating project. At the same time, households are required to voluntarily dismantle the construction works in violation of regulations.
On the afternoon of December 11, the People's Committee of the ward continued to issue invitations to Mr. Dang Van Ph and Ms. Doan Thi Ph to work to clarify the land violation that occurred in Quang Thanh 1,2 Residential Group. However, when the invitation was issued, the family did not come and did not coordinate with the authorities.
Through inspection and verification, the illegal construction of works on agricultural land by Mr. Dang Van Ph and Ms. Doan Thi Ph is a violation of land law. The People's Committee of Le Ich Moc Ward continues to require the two individuals to strictly comply: move all materials out of the area, dismantle the violating construction and fully coordinate with the authorities in the handling process according to the law. In case of intentional non-compliance, the violator will be strictly handled according to regulations.
From the above incident, Le Ich Moc ward recommends that local people raise their awareness of complying with land laws, absolutely do not arbitrarily change the purpose of land use, and do not build works without permission from competent authorities. Complying with regulations helps ensure urban order, preserve environmental landscape and avoid unnecessary damage to each household. People who need to build, repair works or learn about land procedures should contact the ward's professional department for timely and correct instructions.
