Mobilizing the demolition of construction works within the project scope
The railway project passes through 8 communes and towns of Kien Thuy district with a total length of 17.75 km. In particular, the section passing Thuan Thien commune is 2.03 km long, Huu Bang is 3.64 km long, Nui town is 0.9 km long, 1.7 km long, Minh Tan is 1.47 km long, Tan Phong is 1.45 km long, Tu Son is 2.38 km long, 2.8 km long and the section passing the group is 1.28 km long.
The total land area expected to be recovered is 98.3 hectares of 10 organizations and 1,428 households.
During the implementation process, Kien Thuy district discovered and handled construction cases within the project implementation scope. In particular, in Huu Bang commune, a household in Van Cao village, built a cement concrete brick house combined with steel frame from the end of April in early May (taking advantage of the holiday). The construction works on the family's residential land. The CPC has made a record, recorded and mobilized to dismantle.
In Dai Hop commune, a household of Viet Tien 2 village, building a 2 -storey house on residential land, until now, the roof is finished. However, the 8 -people family has no other accommodation, so the district directed the commune to mobilize the family to receive resettlement land. The remaining communes and towns passed the inspection without construction activities within the project implementation scope.
Placing nearly 300 stakes to clear the project site
Up to now, Kien Thuy district has basically completed the marking of the boundary according to the direction of the Hai Phong City People's Committee with a total of 296 stakes. Along with placing markers, the district's functional departments and offices regularly inspect, monitor the site, and make records to handle cases of intentional planting of trees and construction of works to take advantage of compensation and support policies and resettlement.
Investment project to build Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line, the section through Hai Phong area has a main line length of 46.18 km and 2 branch routes of 20.57 km long (from Nam Hai Phong - Nam Do Son Station and from Nam Dinh Vu - Dinh Vu Station). In order to contribute to accelerating the project implementation, the City People's Council issued Resolution No. 07/NQ-HDND dated February 21, 2025 agreed on the policy of contributing funds from the city budget capital to implement the city project through the city area of about VND 11,000 billion, of which nearly VND 6,000 billion of ground clearance, the rest of the construction investment of Nam Do Son and Nam Do Son Ports.
Previously, through on-site inspection, Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung emphasized that the site clearance of the railway project has seen people building works, planting waiting and picking up trees to profit from compensation and support.
In order to promptly prevent the above situation, the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment to assume the lead in the relevant localities to determine the project's expected boundaries, make cadastral maps and carry out procedures for issuing land recovery notices right after the cadastral map.
