In 2024, employees in Hong Bang district contributed more than 1,000 initiatives and creativity, of which 9 initiatives proposed the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award the Creative Labor Certificate and participate in the 3rd City Workers' Technical Innovation Contest in 2024.
In the emulation movement for creative labor, many typical collectives and individuals have appeared such as the Trade Union of LS Vina Power Cable and System Joint Stock Company, CNN Bumhan Vina Company Limited, Son Thuy Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company...
Regarding occupational safety and sanitation, in 2024, the whole district has about 90% of units, businesses and production establishments with trade unions with 10 or more workers establishing a network of sanitary safety and sanitation; 100% of grassroots trade unions coordinate with agencies, units and enterprises to launch and promote the emulation movement "Green-Clear-Water, ensure labor safety and hygiene", build labor protection corner at work. More than 80% of the grassroots trade union of enterprises organized practical activities to respond to the month of action on occupational safety and sanitation, the working month in 2025.
On this occasion, Hong Bang District Labor Federation commended more than 100 excellent workers; 12 outstanding occupational safety and hygiene workers in 2024.
Also at the conference, Hong Bang District Labor Federation presented the decision to establish 7 grassroots unions, admitting more than 220 union members to the Trade Union organization.
