The Department closely follows the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training, reviewing and adjusting the exam plan to organize the exam according to the practical situation. At the same time, fully preparing facilities, human resources and backup plans to ensure the exams take place safely and seriously. During the implementation process, the Department focuses on checking the potential risks, cheating and ensuring absolute safety in star printing and exam questions. The communication is also closely coordinated with relevant units to provide accurate, objective and timely information, creating consensus from parents, students and society.
The City Police have developed a specific plan to enhance the grasp of the situation, prevent, detect and strictly handle violations of the law related to exams.
The City Inspectorate urgently develops a comprehensive inspection and examination plan for the organization of exams, especially focusing on clearly assigning responsibilities to each participating organization and individual, ensuring that it does not affect the operations of relevant agencies and units.
The Department of Health ensures environmental sanitation, food safety and adequate preparation of human resources, materials, and medical equipment to serve the medical examination and treatment of candidates, staff, and teachers participating in the exams. Hai Phong City Youth Union directs all levels of the Youth Union to participate in supporting candidates, candidates' relatives and ensuring order and safety in the exams.
District People's Committees at all levels are fully responsible for organizing exams and admission at the local level. District People's Committees ensure adequate facilities, human resources, traffic safety, order and security in the exam area; develop backup plans for all unusual situations. The goal is to ensure that all stages of the process of organizing exams and admissions at the top level are strictly managed, supervised and clearly responsible, exams take place seriously, safely and in accordance with regulations.
