No "Lang Oa" project
On April 25, Bao Lam 3 Commune People's Committee (Lam Dong) said that it had issued a notice affirming that there are no projects named "Lang Oa" or "Lang Oa Bao Loc" licensed for investment in accordance with regulations in the area.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc - Vice Chairman of Bao Lam 3 Commune People's Committee, recently, social media platforms have spread about the "Lang Oa" or "Lang Oa Bao Loc" project, implemented in hamlet 10B. This area is mainly hilly land, belonging to part of Dai Binh mountain area, bordering Bao Lam 3 commune and B'Lao ward (Lam Dong).
However, through initial verification by functional agencies, the above information is not true. Some individuals have self-drawn projects, provided false information to call for capital contribution and buy and sell land plots in this area.
Tricks of real estate brokers
According to the reporter's investigation, information about the "Lang Oa" or "Lang Oa Bao Loc" project is not only spreading on social networks but also being word-of-mouth through some real estate brokers.
Some brokers have contacted land owners in the area, then named themselves "Oa Village" to create a feeling of a well-planned project.
Land plots are filmed, photographed and then posted on social networks to attract the attention of people with investment needs.
In addition, advertising content often describes areas with peaceful living space, close to nature, thereby offering prices for land plots for sale.
Some information posted is ambiguous, unverified, and easily causes misunderstanding for people.
According to local authorities, taking advantage of inaccurate information to promote, call for capital contribution, and buy and sell land plots poses many legal risks, which can cause damage to transaction participants.
Faced with the above situation, Bao Lam 3 Commune People's Committee recommends that organizations and individuals need to raise their vigilance and not believe in unverified information related to the "Lang Oa" project.
“For all information related to this project, people need to be cautious, not participate in contributing capital, depositing, buying and selling, transferring land or signing transactions related to the so-called project mentioned above. When there is a need for land transactions, it is necessary to contact functional agencies to be provided with accurate information, avoiding risks and damages,” recommended the leader of Bao Lam 3 Commune People's Committee.
The Commune People's Committee strictly prohibits organizations and individuals from taking advantage of untrue information about this project to propagate, promote, mobilize capital against regulations or commit other illegal acts. When violations are detected, the locality will direct relevant agencies to inspect, verify and strictly handle them according to regulations," Mr. Truc emphasized.
Bao Lam 3 Commune People's Committee is coordinating with functional agencies and the Commune Police to grasp the situation, inspect, verify relevant information, and handle violations if any according to the provisions of law.
