On October 5, information from the Department of Construction of Ha Nam province said that this agency has just sent a document to the People's Committee of Phu Ly city regarding strengthening the management of construction order, labor safety, and environment during construction.
The document stated that recently, the Department of Construction has directed the Department Inspectorate to strengthen the management of construction order on main streets in Phu Ly City.
Through the investigation and review, some violations of construction order were found. Although they were detected, recorded and administratively handled, the handling was not thorough, leading to prolonged existence, posing a risk to labor safety and the environment.
In order to effectively manage construction order and ensure compliance with legal regulations, the Department of Construction of Ha Nam province requests the People's Committee of Phu Ly city to direct the review of detected violations and handle them according to the provisions of Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations in construction and related legal regulations;
Regularly inspect and require investors to comply with regulations on labor safety and environment during construction (especially high-rise buildings using construction machinery and equipment with high risks of labor safety).
Detect and promptly handle violations of labor safety and environment during construction.
