On August 10, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that the unit has directed the review and evaluation of the implementation results of e-government, paperless digital government associated with KPI assessment tools at departments, branches, sectors, affiliated public service units and People's Committees of communes and wards.
Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam requested units to continue to promote digital transformation in the process of handling public duties, especially handling work records throughout the process on the network environment, according to the "no- Documents government" model associated with KPI.
The evaluation results are sent to the Department of Science and Technology for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee. The Department of Science and Technology will conduct a field inspection and evaluate the implementation process for 30 days (from July 15 to August 15, 2025).
Previously, on July 14, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to launch the emulation movement "Paperless Printing Day", "Paper-free Working Week", aiming for 100% of documents and records to be processed, signed, and issued online (except confidential documents).
Connecting two-way electronic document systems; evaluating cadres, civil servants, and public employees using KPI; encouraging creativity in implementation.
