On May 25, Van Dinh Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) organized the announcement of the Decision on coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for cases of administrative violations in the field of land in Vinh Ha village.
At the announcement ceremony of coercion, Mr. Tran Van Khoa - Deputy Head of the Economic Department, Deputy Head of the Coercion Committee read the Decision on coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures of the Chairman of Van Dinh Commune People's Committee against Ms. Nguyen Thi Vui, residing in Vinh Ha village, Van Dinh commune.
According to the Decision, Ms. Nguyen Thi Vui had the act of converting non-rice-growing agricultural land to non-agricultural land without permission from a competent State agency.
On the violated area, the family built an iron frame house with a corrugated iron roof area of 93.8m2 and a concrete yard area of 58.96m2. The time of violation was determined from December 1, 2024.

Faced with the above violations, the functional forces of Van Dinh commune have carried out forced dismantling of illegal construction works on agricultural land used for wrong purposes according to regulations.
The coercion process was carried out seriously and in accordance with legal procedures. The coercion force demolished the entire structure to restore the original state of the land.
Before organizing coercion, the functional forces of Van Dinh commune have repeatedly propagated and mobilized households to voluntarily dismantle violating works and remedy the consequences; and issued notices and handling decisions according to regulations.
However, due to non-compliance cases, the locality has carried out coercion to ensure the strictness of the law.
For 2 cases also violating agricultural land, which are the household of Ms. Trinh Thi Bich and the household of Mr. Pham Van Vang (residing in Vinh Ha village), they requested to be voluntarily dismantled (with a deadline of 3-5 days). If they do not voluntarily dismantle, Van Dinh Commune People's Committee will continue to enforce according to the provisions of law.
