The location, area, boundary and shape of the land are determined according to the excerpts and boundaries of the land map of cadastral plots No. 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 175, 176 dated April 17, 2025 issued by the Land Registration Office of Dong Nai province.
Previously, on September 16, 2024, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to approve the investor of the Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project, in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.
Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee approved a consortium of 5 investors to implement Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project.
The project's investment capital is more than VND 72,000 billion, including total construction investment and resettlement support site clearance costs.
The Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project has an area of 293 hectares, reclaiming land from 1,692 households and individuals/3,079 plots of land.
