Information from Bien Hoa City People's Committee said that it has approved the land acquisition plan to implement the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.
The Hiep Hoa urban area project invested by Dong Nai Sun Investment and Development Company Limited will reclaim more than 290 hectares of 1,692 households and individuals/3,079 plots of land to be reclaimed.
The People's Committee of Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City will send invitations to representatives of land users whose land is to be recovered to participate in order to obtain information related to the compensation, support and resettlement work of the project (expected in December 2024).
The project is expected to be implemented within 12 years from the date of investment policy approval, from 2023 to 2035.
From the second quarter of 2023 to the fourth quarter of 2025, complete the site clearance work. From the fourth quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2035, complete the construction investment work and put the entire project into operation.
Hiep Hoa Urban Area project has a total investment of more than 72,000 billion VND.
