Dong Nai - The infrastructure of the resettlement area in Long Thanh town, nearly 27 hectares, will invest in about 893 adjacent plots of land, with an expected population of 3,572 people.

On December 17, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee approved the results of the appraisal of the environmental impact assessment report of the resettlement infrastructure project in Long Thanh town (phase 1), with a scale of 26.87 hectares.

The project is implemented in Long Thanh town, Long Thanh district, invested by Long Thanh district Project Management Board.

The total number of resettlement lots in phase 1 is about 893 adjacent land lots, with an expected population of about 3,572 people and the construction of public service works such as kindergartens, commercial land, parking lots, etc.

The project will invest in building technical infrastructure systems on a total area of ​​about 26.87 hectares including: Internal traffic system, green trees and sports system, technical infrastructure.

Arrange land for construction of power corridors (isolated trees); build power supply and lighting systems, communication systems, water supply systems, rainwater collection and drainage systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, facilities for collection and storage of regular solid waste, hazardous waste, etc.
