On January 29, Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) said that in two days, January 27 and 28, the Commune People's Committee organized coercion against 19 cases of administrative violations related to land in the area.
With the spirit of concentration, determination, and compliance with the law, Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee has completed the entire content of coercion according to the set plan, ensuring the correct order and procedures.
Cases subject to coercion mainly violate acts of using land for improper purposes, arbitrarily building illegal works on agricultural land, public land such as: erecting shacks, workshops made of corrugated iron, pouring soil, pouring concrete foundations, corrugated iron fences, installing iron trusses and building houses without permission from competent authorities.
Notably, some works were initially just temporary shacks but were later renovated and built solidly, changing the current status of land use, seriously violating the provisions of land law.

Before organizing the coercion, Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee had worked and had direct dialogues with violating households many times; and at the same time strengthened propaganda on the commune's broadcasting system, electronic information portal, and fanpage; publicly posted the plan, time, and location of coercion.
Thereby, creating conditions for households and individuals to voluntarily dismantle violating works, remedy the consequences according to regulations, and minimize the need to apply coercive measures.
According to Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee, the successful organization of coercion against 19 cases of land violations not only aims to restore the original state of violating land plots but also demonstrates the determination of the Party Committee and government of Tay Phuong commune in restoring order and discipline in land management and use; gradually ending the prolonged and recurring violations.
From there, it contributes to raising people's awareness of law compliance, maintaining security and order stability and promoting socio-economic development in the area in accordance with the law.
