On April 9, the Korea Football Association (KFA) announced the 55th Executive Committee, with a series of notable changes in personnel and organizational structure. The list includes 27 senior personnel who are Vice Chairmen, Heads of Committees and Members.
Notably, former coach of the Vietnam national team - Mr. Park Hang-seo and former coach of the Indonesia national team - Mr. Shin Tae-yong were appointed to the position of Vice President of the KFA.
According to the assigned tasks, Mr. Park Hang-seo is in charge of the Korean national teams at all levels. Meanwhile, Mr. Shin Tae-yong will be in charge of KFA foreign cooperation.
The KFA Vice Presidents include Kim Byung-ji (Chairman of Gangwon Club), Shin Jeong-sik (Chairman of Jeonnam Football Association) and Professor Lee Yong-soo (Sejong University).

Mr. Shin Tae-yong is more known to Southeast Asian football fans after leading the Indonesian teams since January 2020.
With the Indonesian football having many naturalized foreign players, the Korean coach has achieved many impressive achievements in the international arena, including bringing the Indonesian national team to the third qualifying round of the 2026 World Cup for the first time.
