Luis Diaz is facing a potential language barrier at Bayern Munich after a £65.5 million transfer deal from Liverpool this week.
The reason is that one of his rare Spanish-language teammates is on the brink of leaving the club.
Despite Liverpool's initial hesitation in selling the Colombian winger, Diaz is determined to leave due to not reaching an agreement on the terms of the new contract.
The second offer from Bayern Munich, worth more than £65 million, is considered too attractive.
Last season, Diaz scored 17 goals in all competitions for Liverpool, contributing greatly to the Premier League title under coach Arne Slot.
Diaz, who had difficulty communicating in English while playing for Liverpool, has now continued to face language barriers at Bayern Munich. At the Allianz Arena, most of his teammates use German and English.

This led to Portuguese midfielder Joao Palhinha temporarily taking over for Bayern's training session on Thursday, as he was one of the few players who could communicate in Spanish.
According to German media, Diaz spent most of the day next to Palhinha, who played a very important role in helping the Colombian star integrate at the Allianz Arena.
However, before the two could build a real friendship, Diaz had to accept a shock when Palhinha was about to move to Tottenham Hotspur. Palhinha joined Bayern from Fulham a year ago for a fee of £47.4 million, but he is now ready to return to the Premier League.
On Friday, it was reported that Tottenham had reached an agreement with Bayern to borrow Palhinha, along with a £27 million buy-off clause.
The contract was originally planned to be in a loan deal to help Spurs flexible their budget for other deals this summer. However, Bayern have requested to add a buy-through clause to the negotiations taking place on Thursday.
Despite the recent shock, Diaz is determined to make an immediate mark at Bayern - the team that recruited his former Liverpool teammate Sadio Mane in the summer of 2022. However, the Senegalese striker could not adapt and had to leave after only one season, despite winning the Bundesliga with Bayern.

"I have always devoted myself to the team I play for. I can't say whether I am worthy of the transfer fee or not, but I'm happy that everything is over this way.
I really like this club and want to integrate as soon as possible. I can play as a striker or a winger.
The coach told me that he wanted me to play on the left wing, but I was ready to play in any position that the team needed. My top priority is to contribute to the team and support with all my heart" - Diaz said.
