Alejandro Garnacho has informed Manchester United that he only wants to join Chelsea, after reaching an agreement on individual terms in a contract until 2032 at Stamford Bridge.
The Argentine winger has lost his position at Old Trafford and is rumored to leave throughout the summer of 2025. Chelsea have been interested since January, considering the possibility of signing him. And Garnacho currently has no intention of listening to any other proposal.
Garnacho considers The Blues an ideal destination to revive his career, after a period of being considered a future star in Manchester. According to British media, this player also received an offer to reunite with Erik ten Hag at Bayer Leverkusen, in addition to a rich invitation from Saudi Arabia.

Napoli has also expressed his intention to sign, but Garnacho does not want to sign for any other club other than Chelsea. The 21-year-old midfielder is determined to join Stamford Bridge to the point of being willing to put all other options aside and accept a year out in Manchester if necessary.
Chelsea are expected to close the deal for around £30 million, but that figure is still around £20 million lower than Man United's valuation. The Blues have offered a number of exchanges, including Nicolas Jackson, but the Red Devils have been less interested.
Christopher Nkunku is another name Chelsea have offered for a trade-off with Man United. Axel Disasi and Renato Veiga were also mentioned at the negotiation table, but Man United insists they only want to receive cash to reinvest in the squad, rather than players.
Last season, Garnacho scored 11 goals - the best record of his career - but had to go through a mid-season change, when Ruben Amorim tested him in the full-back role. At the end of the season, the Argentine player had to sit on the bench in the Europa League final and reacted angrily on social media.
Garnacho is among the big names along with Jadon Sancho and Antony who have yet to leave Old Trafford as the 2025 summer transfer window gradually closes. Amorim admitted that any player who is not sold will be kept for him.
The Portuguese tactician shared: "I understand that clubs often wait until the last minute, but they can still create surprises. I am ready to welcome all the players. They will have more competition, and if they want to participate in the World Cup next year, they need to play."

Garnacho recently posted a photo in the gym with a sand watch icon. This move made fans even more convinced that the deal was just a matter of time.
Garnacho's sand watch symbol quickly became the focus of discussion, as a signal that the day he left Old Trafford was approaching.
As for Chelsea, they have been active this summer, and Garnacho could become their seventh rookie. His departure will also be part of a strong blood change at Old Trafford, while helping the "Red Devils" earn a significant profit.
