The tournament is held in three cities including the capital Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia.
A total of five stadiums in Riyadh will host matches including King Fahd Sports City Stadium, King Saud University Stadium, Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud University Stadium, Kingdom Arena and Al Shabab Stadium.
Two stadiums have been confirmed in Jeddah, namely King Abdullah Sports City Stadium and Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Sports City Stadium.
A state-of-the-art stadium will also be built in Al Khobar city, completing the world-class infrastructure, providing facilities for 24 of Asia's top national teams.
18 teams have officially won tickets to the 2027 Asian Cup finals. The remaining spots will be decided through the final qualifying round scheduled to start in March 2025, with 6 groups, the top teams in each group will qualify for the finals.
According to the draw results in December 2024, the Vietnamese team is in Group F with Malaysia, Nepal and Laos. The teams will compete in a round-robin format (home and away) to calculate ranking points.
