In the 2025-2026 season, in addition to familiar pillars such as Van Thang, Ngoc Tan, Quoc Phuong, Thai Son, Van Loi, ribamar... Dong A Thanh Hoa also recruited many quality contracts such as center back Que Ngoc Hai, Luc Xuan Hung, foreign player Mamadou, Odilzhon Abdurakhmanov or Rimario's return after a period of injury treatment.
Leading the Thanh team in this year's V.League is coach Choi Won-kwon. The Korean strategist was an assistant to Mr. Kim Sang-sik in the journey to win the 2024 ASEAN Cup of the Vietnamese team.
Mr. Choi Won-kwon said: "I rate Thanh Hoa for having a good squad of players, bringing in many potential new players. I rate the team's attack this year as quite quality and hope the players will develop their abilities well to achieve the set goals".
This year, Thanh Hoa changed the competition jersey. Accordingly, the home team's jersey is still traditional yellow and the away team's jersey has turned pink. Notably, the Thanh team also decided to change the new logo towards professionalism and explosion.
