Towards the next stage, coach Cristiano Roland affirmed that the central goal of U17 Vietnam is the 2026 AFC U17 Championship Finals. He said: "We believe in the potential of this team. The whole team will continue to strive to best prepare for the upcoming tournament.
Meanwhile, striker Van Duong - the best player of the final match said: "Although the preparation time is short, the whole team is always united and plays their best for the national colors.
The tournament is a very valuable experience to help us learn many things from opponents in the region. We would like to thank coach Roland and the coaching staff for always trusting and thoroughly guiding us.
This striker affirmed that the whole team will continue to strive to train to have the best preparation for the next goal, the 2026 AFC U17 Championship Finals, taking place in Saudi Arabia in early May.
