After nearly a week of negotiations, the Hong Mountain team has reached an agreement with coach Nguyen Cong Manh, concluding the search for a new leader for the team in the upcoming V.League season. This contract marks an important turning point in the coaching journey of the young coach from Nghe An.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Manh is not a strange name for Hong Linh Ha Tinh team. During more than four years of association, he was a valuable assistant to coaches Pham Minh Duc and Nguyen Thanh Cong. This is likely to have helped him gain the trust of the team's leadership.
After leaving the team at the end of the 2022-2023 season to study for a professional coaching degree (in Pro), Mr. Manh had a time as an assistant to coach Hoang Anh Tuan at the U23 Vietnam team. After that, this coach had a short time leading Binh Duong in V.League 2024-2025.
