Goal of Nghe An football team
Last season, Song Lam Nghe An club struggled to avoid relegation and could only make a dramatic escape in the final round. They were tied on points with Hong Linh Ha Tinh (the team in the relegation play-off) but had a better goal difference.
After the tournament, Song Lam Nghe An soon returned to training, aiming to best prepare for the new 2024-2025 season. The Nghe An team has invested in personnel, playing style as well as youth training development, through a cooperation program with Tokyo FC (J.League 1) and Mito Hollyhock (J.League 2).
Notably, at the launch ceremony (September 12), Song Lam Nghe An officially introduced the new Japanese Technical Director - Hideaki Shoji.
The role of this manager is to assist the board of directors, head coach and coaching staff in developing and implementing the club's football philosophy as well as other fundamental technical matters.
Under the leadership of coach Pham Anh Tuan, Song Lam Nghe An club aims to improve its image and ranking compared to last season.

This season, Song Lam Nghe An club competes with new uniforms with a signature design from Kamito, after parting ways with Grand Sport.
In addition, aiming for sustainable development, the team also received the support of many sponsors such as BAF, A An, SibaFood or Nikkokutrust (Japan), Eurosun - the unit that has been with the team for 4 consecutive seasons and will continue to be a companion for the next 2 seasons.
In addition, Dinh Hoang and his teammates always receive the attention and support of the team's fans nationwide. This is the basis for Song Lam Nghe An to be determined to make a strong comeback in the highest arena of Vietnamese football.

Looking forward to the new 2024-2025 season, Song Lam Nghe An continues to rejuvenate the squad, with an abundant young domestic force and 100% coming from local training centers.
