After landing, the Russian team will move to the hotel to settle down and officially go to the training ground at 7:00 p.m. on September 4, to prepare for the LPBank Cup 2024 international friendly tournament organized by the Vietnam Football Federation from September 5 to September 10 at My Dinh Stadium.
Before the training session, at 6:00 p.m. on September 4, the team will attend a press conference to exchange information before the match with the host team Vietnam at 8:00 p.m. on September 5.
On September 7, the Russian team will host the Thai team at 8:00 p.m. at My Dinh Stadium.
The final match of the LPBank Cup 2024 is the confrontation between host Vietnam and the Thai team, taking place at 8:00 p.m. on September 10.
The Russian team has not yet announced the shortlist to compete in the LPBank Cup 2024 in Vietnam. However, in the preliminary list of 38 players, head coach Valeri Karpin has called up many bright faces of the Russian team who are playing abroad such as goalkeeper Matvey Safonov (PSG), striker Herman Onugha (Vejle), midfielder Daler Kuzyaev (Le Harve), notably midfielder Maksim Glushenkov - the player who is leading the scoring list in the Russian Premier League up to this point.
Tickets for matches involving the Vietnamese team were sold directly by the organizers at the Vietnam Football Federation from the afternoon of August 30 with the following prices: 200,000 VND, 300,000 VND, 400,000 VND, 500,000 VND/ticket.
The match between Russia and Thailand is priced at 300,000 VND/ticket (only sold in stand A, 2nd floor).
