U17 Vietnam has arrived in Muscat (Oman), starting an important training trip to prepare for the 2025 U17 Asian Cup finals.

The team departs at 8:45 p.m. on March 22 on a flight from Hanoi, passing through Doha (Qatar) before arriving in Muscat at 9:45 p.m. local time. At the airport, coach Cristiano Roland and his team were warmly welcomed by the local organizing committee, and at the same time supported with the necessary procedures for the team to quickly enter the country and stabilize their accommodation.

After taking a break to recover their physical condition, this afternoon (March 23, Vietnam time), U17 Vietnam entered its first training session. The weather conditions in Muscat range from 21 to 31 degrees Celsius, making it favorable for training. The field here also meets standards, helping the players have the best conditions to practice.

According to the plan, the team will have 2 friendly matches with U17 Oman. The first match will take place on March 25 at 7:00 p.m. (Vietnam time), and the second match will take place on March 27 at 6:30 p.m. (Vietnam time).

Head coach Cristiano Roland emphasized the importance of these two matches in preparation for the 2025 U17 Asian Cup finals. This is a good opportunity for young players to accumulate international experience, practice their ability to adapt to different weather conditions and playing styles.

We want to make the most of this opportunity to test tactical operational capabilities, evaluate the players' progress and adjust the remaining limitations before entering the 2025 U17 Asian Cup finals, said coach Cristiano Roland.
