Notably, striker Nguyen Xuan Son and Nam Dinh have reached an agreement to extend their contracts for another 6 years. The naturalized striker will be with the team in Thanh Nam until 2031.
This is one of the rare contracts in Vietnam with a term of up to 6 years. Surely, the treatment for the striker born in 1997 will be very high.

This contract not only helps Nam Dinh keep the top striker of Vietnam at this time but also shows the ambition to build a strong and stable team in the future.
Being with Nam Dinh for 6 years can make Xuan Son a new symbol of this team, helping the club aim for bigger goals.
For other faces, the new contracts of each player are Lucas Alves until 2026; Tran Van Kien until 2027; Nguyen Manh, Caio Cesar, Nguyen Phong Hong Duy, Le Vu Phong, Tran Liem Dieu, Nguyen Dinh Son until 2028; Duong Thanh Hao, Nguyen Van Vi, Ly Cong Hoang Anh, Tran Van Dat until 2029.
Currently, despite not having the service of Xuan Son, Nam Dinh is still returning to the championship race. Coach Vu Hong Viet and his team lead the V.League 2024-2025 rankings with 36 points after round 19.
