Recently, the Binh Thanh District Labor Federation (HCMC) launched the mini app “Binh Thanh District Union Handbook” on Zalo application. The mini app “Binh Thanh District Union Handbook” has the following functions: Electronic handbook, information and notification, feedback and consultation tool, online exam... This will be an important tool in supporting union members to look up information, manage documents and connect with union activities.
The launch and official operation of the mini app "Binh Thanh District Trade Union Handbook" will create an additional official information channel to exchange and disseminate information in order to innovate the propaganda method of Binh Thanh District Trade Union to workers, civil servants and laborers from traditional forms to information technology applications, contributing to digital transformation.
After launching the application, Binh Thanh District Labor Federation will continue to update and develop new features to meet the increasing needs of union members. Thereby, strengthening communication and support so that all union members can access and effectively use the application.
In particular, the launch of the mini app "Binh Thanh District Trade Union Handbook" on Zalo application will encourage grassroots trade union units to implement similar activities, promoting the digital transformation process throughout the Trade Union system....
Besides, this activity also contributes to promoting digital transformation and building Binh Thanh district in particular and Ho Chi Minh City in general to become a smart city in the near future.
One of the key programs of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term is Comprehensive Digital Transformation in Trade Union Activities. To successfully implement this Program, Trade Unions at all levels are synchronously deploying solutions to raise awareness of cadres and union members about digital transformation.
One of the solutions is that trade unions at all levels need to study and build a common digital platform so that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor can monitor online the activities of all grassroots trade unions. This will be a tool for trade unions at all levels to listen to, receive, and resolve the opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of union members. Trade unions need to build an online platform.
