Most recently, at the end of October, the Ba Dinh District Labor Federation established the Huy Thanh Gold - Silver - Gemstone Company Limited's grassroots union.

At the launching ceremony of the Huy Thanh Gold - Silver - Gemstone Company's Trade Union, Ms. Doan Thi Lan - representing the collective of employees presented an application to join the Trade Union. Accordingly, after a period of studying and researching the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and being guided and introduced to the Trade Union by the Ba Dinh District Labor Federation, the staff, employees and workers of Huy Thanh Gold - Silver - Gemstone Company really wanted to join the Trade Union, so they voluntarily submitted an application.

Workers are also very grateful to receive attention and support in the process of mobilizing union members and establishing a Trade Union organization from the Ba Dinh District Labor Federation and the Company's Board of Directors.
