“We have launched this movement to grassroots unions. We have organized many competitions and specific activities to bring the movement into the work and life of union members and workers,” Ms. Pham Thi Yen shared.
According to Ms. Yen, the Da Teh District Labor Federation organized a contest for agencies and units that are “green - clean - beautiful”, safe, civilized and friendly. To organize this contest, the unit reported and asked for the opinion of the District Party Committee.
The Da Teh District Labor Federation also discussed, agreed and coordinated with the District People's Committee to launch the campaign to all agencies, units and enterprises in the district.
Da Teh District Labor Federation and grassroots unions are assigned the role of focal point, guiding and inspecting and evaluating implementation results.
“We have developed a set of specific evaluation criteria for each type of agency, unit or enterprise. The motto is that the criteria must be clear and the results must be demonstrated through specific products,” affirmed Pham Thi Yen, Vice President of the Da Teh District Labor Federation.
Ms. Pham Thi Yen added that the union also launched and effectively maintained the "Green Friday Afternoon" activity.

“Through this movement, by 2024, over 98% of agencies, units, and businesses will have met cultural standards. Many units have maintained cultural standards for many consecutive years.
