On November 28, Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong - Chairman of the Di Linh District Labor Federation said that the unit has just established a new enterprise union in the district.
The new grassroots union was established at TS Food Company Limited. This is a business operating in the field of processing agricultural products for export to European countries and China.
“Here, we announced the decision to admit 45 employees of TS Food Company Limited into the Vietnam Trade Union. At the same time, we decided to establish a grassroots trade union and appoint a provisional Executive Committee of the TS Food Company Limited Trade Union,” Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong shared.
According to Nguyen Huu Cuong, Chairman of the Di Linh District Labor Federation, to establish this grassroots union, the unit closely followed the company's activities. The unit also assigned specialized union officials to regularly meet and discuss with the company's leaders about this matter.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Toan - Director of TS Food Company Limited said that in recent times, the leaders of the Di Linh District Labor Federation have always accompanied the company, especially in propagating and disseminating legal policies to workers...
“Having a union in our company makes us feel more secure and efficient in our work. We will create conditions for the union to operate in accordance with the law. Through that, the union will work with the company to create stable jobs and better income for workers,” said Mr. Nguyen Minh Toan.
Chairman of the Trade Union of TS Food Company Limited - Mr. Nguyen Vu Hi Hoan excitedly shared that from now on, the employees in the company have an organization to represent them.
“We will coordinate with the company’s leadership to take better care of the workers. In the future, the union will launch emulation movements in labor and production to increase productivity, product quality and raise workers’ income.”
