On November 25, the 12th Congress of the Trade Union of Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd., term 2025 - 2030, unanimously elected Mr. Bui Duy Doc to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union.
In addition, the Congress also elected a new Executive Committee with 11 comrades, the Standing Committee of 3 comrades.
The Congress was attended by Mr. Le Van Thuy - Vice President of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union; Mr. Phan Thanh Ha - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Trung Kien - General Director of the Company; along with local leaders and 103 delegates representing 898 union members in the entire Company.
Currently, the Company's Trade Union has 898 union members, operating in 8 union groups. Of which, female union members account for over 65%, and ethnic minority union members account for more than 65.8% of the total number of union members.
In recent times, the Company's Trade Union has advised and proposed many solutions and methods and received the attention of the Party Committee, the Company's Board of Directors and mass organizations in caring for the lives of workers, especially disadvantaged workers and ethnic minority workers.
The company has invested in building a cluster of cafes outside the lot, factories in the pus processing factory so that workers have clean, refreshing shift meals, ensuring food hygiene and safety.
In addition, the Company's Trade Union also participates in the construction of salary scales and tables; supervising the payment of salaries and bonuses to employees; labor norms; reward regulations, labor regulations in accordance with regulations; at the same time, participating in handling complaints and denunciations of employees in accordance with regulations.
During the term, the Company's Trade Union handed over 6 "Union Shelters"; many cultural institutions to serve the spiritual life of employees. The union also regularly visits, encourages and provides timely support to employees when they are sick or in distress; mobilizes 100% of union members in the Company to participate in social security work.
The Company's Trade Union also proactively coordinates with other unions to organize and launch creative labor emulation movements, promote technical innovation initiatives. Notably, the "One million initiatives" movement launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor is prominent, by the end of 2023, the Company will have 105 initiatives submitted to the General Confederation of Labor.
Entering the new term 2025 - 2030, Chu Se Rubber Trade Union sets a goal: to develop at least 100 more union members each year; introduce at least 6 outstanding union members for the Party to consider and strive to admit 4 union members to the Party's ranks; the average income of employees is from 9 million VND/person/month or more.
At the Congress, the Company's Trade Union commended and rewarded 4 collectives and 20 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the workers' movement and trade union activities for the 2023-2025 term.
