This is the starting point of a new development stage, towards building a larger enterprise with higher management capacity and more development potential in the coming time.
The merger is a step in implementing the Party, Government and Group's policy on arranging and restructuring enterprises, towards forming units with appropriate scale, modern management and sustainable development.

At the same time, it creates a foundation for more effectively exploiting resources, improving competitiveness and meeting development requirements in the new stage.
Improving productivity, efficiency, and jobs for workers
The merger of Mang Yang Rubber One Member Limited Liability Company into Chu Se Rubber One Member Limited Liability Company was researched and considered based on many factors of scale, resources, operating area and long-term development orientation of the Group.
After the merger, together with member companies in Cambodia, Chu Se Rubber Company manages nearly 42,000 hectares of rubber, of which more than 19,000 hectares are in Vietnam and nearly 22,600 hectares in Cambodia, with a total output of about 60,000 tons of latex per year.
According to Mr. Khuong, more importantly, it is necessary to transform the advantages of scale into efficiency in management, labor productivity, land use efficiency, capital sources and competitiveness; thereby creating more value for businesses, localities and workers.

In the coming time, along with stabilizing the apparatus and business operations, the company needs to pay attention to taking care of the lives, jobs and incomes of employees.
All arrangement policies, all development programs must ultimately aim to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises, thereby creating stable jobs and gradually increasing the income of workers.
Chu Se Rubber Company needs to proactively review the land fund, prepare well for planning and resources, focusing on developing Nam Pleiku Industrial Park, high-tech agriculture...
