Mr. Le Vu The Anh, Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union, Secretary of the Intimex Long Thanh Party Committee (Intimex Group Joint Stock Company Branch) shared his experience.

Regarding the process of raising children, Mr. The Anh said that in addition to traditional teaching on human ethics, superiority, subjectivity, good treatment..., sometimes parents also need to be their children's friends to receive sharing; sometimes they have to review old knowledge, learn new knowledge with their children.
An important thing is that parents know how to encourage what their children need to promote, but also know how to advise and be strict with what they need to avoid.
Mr. The Anh emphasized that to educate children effectively, families need to both preserve traditional values and be flexible in their teaching methods, combining personality training and life skills with personal capacity development. The companionship and sharing of parents will help students become more confident, aware of their responsibility to themselves, their families and society.
For the Vietnam Trade Union, Mr. The Anh affirmed that organizing the celebration of outstanding students and families is very meaningful to make parents proud of their children. Especially to educate the younger generation to live responsibly with their families and the community.
