The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC, DCM) organized the signing ceremony of the handover minutes of the Trade Union of Han - Viet Fertilizer Company Limited (KVF) between the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union.
Previously, PVCFC had completed the procedures to acquire all of KVF according to the Company's development strategy. After completing all procedures for establishing the KVF grassroots union, appointing a provisional KVF union executive board to organize and maintain operations here.
PVCFC Trade Union is a unit under the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union. Therefore, the Executive Board of PVCFC Trade Union organized the signing of the handover minutes of KVF Trade Union between the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union.
The provisional KVF member union will organize and operate all activities of the KVF member union according to the Vietnam Trade Union Charter; prepare necessary conditions to organize the KVF member union congress for the 2023-2028 term according to regulations and perform other tasks assigned by the superior union.
At the signing ceremony, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union presented KVF Trade Union with 50 million VND.
